Westminster: Fire Damages Home, One Person Injured

12.19.2025 | 12:22 AM | WESTMINSTER – A man suffered smoke inhalation amid a house fire, early Friday morning.

The fire broke out in a two-story home located in the 15700 block of Las Nubes Street around 12:22 AM.

Firefighters arriving on scene found heavy fire showing from a first-floor window of the home and began dousing the blaze.

The bulk of the fire was extinguished in about 15 minutes before it could spread further into the home.

One man sustained injuries related to smoke inhalation in the fire and was treated on scene before being transported to an area hospital.

Fire investigators responded to the scene and are working to determine the cause of the fire.
