Tustin: Man Found Shot Near House

05.29.2023 | 12:32 AM | TUSTIN – A man was rushed to a hospital after being found shot near a home, early Monday morning.

Officials responded to reports of shooting with a person down near a home in the 15800 block of South Myrtle Avenue around 12:32 AM.

When authorities arrived they found a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound.

Medics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to OC Global Medical Center in unknown condition.

Police cordoned off the scene of where the man was found and were looking for evidence in connection with the reported shooting.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.

No arrests were immediately reported.
