03.03.2021 | 9:09 PM | TUSTIN – One person was dead and another was injured after a rollover crash on a freeway transition road, Wednesday night.
The crash was first reported around 9:09 PM on the southbound I-5 Freeway transition road to the southbound SR-55 Freeway.
When authorities arrived on scene they located a green 1995 Chevrolet Suburban that had overturned onto its roof behind a guard rail.
Two victims from the crash were located. One victim, later identified as 40-year-old Paola Edith Flores, was pronounced deceased on scene by firefighter paramedics, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A second victim, described only as an adult male, was transported to OC Global Medical Center with minor injuries.
Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
