Tustin: Firefighters Knockdown Vehicle Fire In Mere Seconds

04.06.2022 | 11:11 PM | TUSTIN – A vehicle fire was extinguished in mere seconds by firefighters, Wednesday night.

The vehicle fire was reported in eastbound lanes of Edinger Avenue west of Jamboree Plaza around 11:11 PM.

Firefighters responding from a nearby fire station arrived on scene in a moments notice and quickly extinguished the fire.

It took under a minute from the time firefighters arrived to extinguish the blaze.

Two people from the vehicle, a silver 2013 Chevrolet Traverse, escaped injury although the vehicle sustained major damage from the fire.

It was unclear what caused the fire but the fire appeared centered around the engine compartment.
