Trabuco Canyon: Motorcyclist Dies Following Solo Crash

07.07.2022 | 3:45 PM | TRABUCO CANYON – A solo motorcyclist died following a crash, Thursday morning.

The 59-year-old male rider, a resident of Lake Forest, was riding his 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on Live Oak Canyon Road, north of Hamilton Trail, when he veered off the roadway for unknown reasons.

The rider struck a wooden power pole and ultimately died at the scene, police said.

The identity of the rider was not immediately released and the circumstances surrounding the deadly crash remain under investigation.
