Stanton: Woman Struck By Gunfire, Suspect At Large

03.24.2022 | 9:41 PM | STANTON – A woman was struck by gunfire and the suspected shooter is being sought by police, Thursday night.

Callers reported the shooting near the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Pacific Street around 9:41 PM.

When deputies arrived they found an adult female down suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics rushed the woman to a nearby hospital for treatment. Her condition was not immediately known.

The shooter, described as an adult Hispanic male, fled the scene on a bicycle and was at-large.
