05.26.2025 | 11:49 PM | SANTA ANA – A juvenile was injured in a shooting and the suspect responsible is at large, late Monday night.
Authorities responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of West Chestnut and South Sycamore streets around 11:49 PM.
When units arrived they located a juvenile victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Medics treated the juvenile on scene before rushing them to a nearby trauma center with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
Police established a crime scene and were searching for clues that would led them to the person responsible for the shooting.
No suspect description or motive was immediately revealed.
