Santa Ana: Suspected Fentanyl Overdose Hospitalizes Four

01.03.2021 | 2:03 AM | SANTA ANA – Four people were hospitalized after a suspected fentanyl overdose in front of a business, early Sunday morning.

The quadruple overdose occurred shortly after 2:00 AM in front of the J&J Axle Supply located in the 1300 block of East Chestnut Avenue.

When first responders arrived they found a total of four people suffering from a suspected fentanyl overdose in front of the business near an RV.

The victims were treated on scene before being transported to area of hospitals in unknown condition.

Two of the victims were rushed to South Coast Global Medical Center while the others were taken to Foothill Regional Medical Center.

The circumstances surrounding the overdoses are under investigation.
