Santa Ana: Suspected DUI Crash Injures Four, Sends Car Into Wall

01.18.2026 | 1:12 AM | SANTA ANA – A suspected DUI crash injured four and sent one vehicle into a wall, early Sunday morning.

The collision was reported at the intersection of West Edinger Avenue and South Spruce Street around 1:12 AM when a white Toyota Tundra collided with a black Chevrolet Tahoe sending the Tahoe into a wall.

When crews arrived they found four victims and declared a mass casualty incident while triaging the victims and rendering aid.

All four victims were rushed to area hospitals in varying conditions. One ambulance, believed to be of a driver, was seen being followed by a police vehicle.

Empty beer cans were observed in the wreckage and reports from the scene suggest intoxication of at least one the drivers played a role in the collision.
