
10.12.2021 | 12:09 PM | SANTA ANA – A man who was walking down a street was injured after being shot with a pellet rifle, Tuesday afternoon.
The incident was reported near the intersection of South Sullivan Street and West McFadden Avenue around 12:09 PM.
When units arrived on scene they located an adult male who had been struck by a pellet from a pellet rifle while he was walking down a street.
Firefighter paramedics treated the man before transporting him to an area hospital with only minor injuries.
Police cordoned off the area while they scoured the scene for evidence and searched for the suspected shooter.
It was not immediately clear whether the shooter was on foot or in a vehicle when the pellet was fired.
