Santa Ana: Pedestrian Injured In Hit & Run Crash

01.01.2026 | 1:16 AM | SANTA ANA – A man was left lying in a wet roadway after being struck by a hit-and-run driver, early New Year’s morning.

The collision involving an unknown vehicle and pedestrian was reported at the intersection of South Flower Street & West Saint Gertrude Place around 1:16 AM.

When units arrived they found a male adult down in the roadway who reported being struck by a hit-and-run driver.

Medics rushed the pedestrian to OC Global Medical Center for further treatment. His condition was not immediately available.

Debris that may be related to the hit-and-run collision were recovered at the scene but no vehicle description was immediately disclosed.
