Santa Ana: Pedestrian In Critical Condition After Being Struck

05.30.2025 | 10:37 PM | SANTA ANA – A pedestrian was in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle, late Friday night.

The collision occurred on West McFadden Avenue at South Susan Street around 10:37 PM.

When authorities arrived they found a Hispanic male adult in his 30s down in the roadway suffering from major injuries with a vehicle stopped nearby.

Medics rendered aid to the pedestrian before rushing him to an area hospital where he was in critical condition and undergoing surgery, police said.

The driver that struck the pedestrian remained on scene and was cooperating with law enforcement.

There was no word on what lead up to the collision.
