Santa Ana: Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash With Sedan

04.26.2025 | 2:14 AM | SANTA ANA – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a sedan, early Saturday morning.

The crash was reported on West Edinger Avenue and South Olive Street when a blue sport-type motorcycle collided with a white Toyota Camry around 2:14 AM.

When units arrived they found the motorcycle rider down in lanes and unresponsive.

Medics arrived and rendered life-saving medical care before rushing the rider to a nearby trauma center. His condition remains unknown.

The driver of the Camry remained at the scene and appeared to be cooperating with law enforcement.

It is unclear if drugs, alcohol, or speed played a role in the collision.

Both directions of West Edinger Avenue between south Flower and Lowell streets were closed for hours while authorities investigated.
