Santa Ana: Motorcycle Pursuit Ends In Crash

06.25.2026 | 11:35 PM | SANTA ANA – A motorcyclist who fled from officers was rushed to a hospital after he lost control and crashed, late Thursday night.

The pursuit began near downtown Santa Ana when officers attempted to stop a black sports motorcycle for unknown reasons.

The motorcycle’s rider failed to stop for officers, setting off a brief pursuit that ended around 11:35 PM when the rider lost control and crashed near the intersection of East Civic Center Drive and North Minter Street.

Medics treated the rider on scene before rushing him to a nearby hospital where he was in unknown condition.

It is unclear what charges the rider is facing and a police public information officer was not immediately available to provide further details.
