02.28.2025 | 11:34 PM | SANTA ANA – A man sustained major injuries after his overturned vehicle was struck, late Friday night.
The collision was reported on the eastbound SR-22 Freeway at the Bristol Street on ramp when a white sedan overturned before being struck by a black sedan around 11:34 PM.
When authorities arrived they located the white sedan’s male driver still inside the overturned vehicle suffering from major injuries.
Medics treated the male driver on scene before rushing him to UCI Medical Center with major injuries.
The driver of the black sedan appeared uninjured and declined medical treatment at the scene.
All lanes of the Bristol Street on ramp to the eastbound SR-22 Freeway were closed for two hours while authorities investigated.
