Santa Ana: Car Ripped Apart In Fatal Crash

08.14.2023 | 11:10 PM | SANTA ANA – A person was killed in a violent crash that ripped apart a vehicle, late Monday night.

The deadly single-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of West Sunflower Avenue and South Flower Street around 11:10 PM when a silver 1999 BMW 528i station wagon collided with a signal pole.

The force of the collision ripped apart the BMW and left its driver, who has yet to be identified, deceased.

All westbound lanes of West Sunflower Avenues along with north and southbound lanes of South Flower Street are closed until further notice while authorities investigate the deadly crash.
