07.20.2019 | 12:30 AM | ORANGE – Police were investigating a gruesome discovery in front of a 7-Eleven Convenience Store, early Saturday morning.
Authorities responded to the 7-Eleven Convenience Store located at the intersection of Glassell Street and Taft Avenue regarding a possible stabbing around 12:30 AM.
Additional details were sketchy but initial reports indicate officers arriving on scene found a large trail of blood leading from a bus stop to the front of the 7-Eleven.
A pair of bloodied shoes could be seen at the scene however it did not appear that firefighters transported a patient from the scene.
A crime scene was established and multiple lanes were closed while crime scene technicians collected evidence from the scene.
