04.22.2023 | 10:51 PM | ORANGE – A bicyclist was killed in a crash with a SUV, Saturday night.
The deadly collision involving a black Honda Pilot and a bicyclist was reported on East Chapman Avenue near Rancho Santiago Boulevard around 10:51 PM.
When authorities arrived they located the bicyclist down in lanes and the Honda stopped nearby.
The bicyclist sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver that struck the bicyclist reportedly stayed at the scene.
Police are investigating what led up to the deadly crash.
