08.22.2020 | 11:10 PM | LAGUNA HILLS – A high-speed pursuit ended with the driver being placed under arrest, late Saturday night.
An officer from California Highway Patrol’s Westminster officer attempted to stop a white 2009 Infiniti G37 traveling at high-speed on the southbound I-5 Freeway near the SR-22 Freeway around 11:10 PM.
The driver of the vehicle failed to yield and continued southbound at speeds in excess of 125 MPH while blacked out.
The pursuit came to an end after the driver exited at Alicia Parkway and headed northbound on the I-5 Freeway before stopping just south of El Toro Road.
The male driver along with two passengers were taken into custody without further incident.
