Laguna Hills: Driver Flees After Fatal Crash With Motorcyclist

02.11.2022 | 7:48 AM | LAGUNA HILLS – The driver of a vehicle fled after a crash that left a motorcyclist dead, early Friday morning.

The crash was reported on the southbound I-5 Freeway north of La Paz Road around 7:48 AM.

When authorities arrived they located a 31-year-old male motorcyclist down in lanes and pronounced them deceased.

Through their investigation officials learned that a white SUV collided with the motorcyclist and fled the scene.

The driver of the SUV, which is believed to have collision damage on its right side, is being sought by authorities in connection with the vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.

The identity of the motorcyclist was not immediately released.
