04.29.2022 | 12:12 AM | IRVINE – A woman who became trapped in her vehicle after a crash was rescued by firefighters, early Friday morning.
The two-car crash occurred near the intersection of Barranca Parkway and Jamboree Road around 12:12 AM.
When authorities arrived on scene they located two sedans that had collided.
One driver was trapped in the wreckage of her vehicle and had to be freed by firefighter paramedics before being rushed to an area hospital.
The second driver was uninjured and declined transport to a hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
