When authorities arrived they located a pedestrian down westbound lanes of Irvine Boulevard just west of Marketplace along with a black Jeep Wrangler stopped nearby.

All westbound lanes of Irvine Boulevard are closed at Marketplace until further notice while police investigate, according to a Sig Alert.
