09.22.2021 | 4:22 PM | HUNTINGTON BEACH – A motorcyclist was killed and another man was injured after a crash, Wednesday evening.
The crash involving a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a Toyota RAV4 occurred on Beach Boulevard, just north of Adams Avenue, around 4:22 PM.
When authorities arrived they located a 54-year-old male motorcyclist from Stanton, who had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a 90-year-old male from Huntington Beach, was rushed to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Initial reports indicate that the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Beach boulevard when it collided with the Toyota as it made a turn from southbound lanes.
It was not immediately known whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision and authorities are continuing to investigate.
