Date/Time: 02-11-2026 | 1:45 AM Location: Westbound SR-22 | East of Harbor Boulevard City: Garden Grove Details: Eds: Rain b-roll from Lakewood (second video) filmed near East Del Amo Boulevard and Pioneer Boulevard around 1:00 AM - both videos are packaged as a 2-for-1; Slick roads caused by a rain storm led a big rig to jackknife and block all lanes of a freeway, early Wednesday morning; The incident occurred at the time and place above; When units arrived they found the big rig jackknifed after colliding with the center divider; A full freeway closure was initiated with traffic being diverted off at Harbor Boulevard; No injuries were reported and CalTrans was requested to assist with the closure until a heavy duty tow truck could remove the big rig.
