Fullerton: One Dead In Officer-Involved Shooting

03.16.2025 | 11:54 PM | FULLERTON – A person was killed in an officer-involved shooting after officers responded to reports of a domestic dispute, late Saturday night.

Police responded to reports of a domestic dispute with shots fired at a gathering involving about 20 people in the 700 block of West Orangethorpe Avenue shortly before midnight.

When units arrived they contacted an individual on a sidewalk adjacent to the home and an officer-involved shooting occurred.

The individual was struck by gunfire and died at the scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the officer-involved shooting remain under investigation.

No other injuries were reported.
