Fountain Valley: Four-Car Crash Involving Big Rig Injures One, Infant Escapes Injury

02.03.2026 | 11:14 PM | FOUNTAIN VALLEY – A four-car crash involving a big rig injured an apparent juvenile while others, including an infant, escaped injury.

The collision involving a white SUV, a blue sedan, a grey truck, and a big rig was reported at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Edinger Avenue, late Tuesday night.

When authorities arrived they found the SUV partially under the big rig’s trailer and began assessing patients involved in the collision.

One family along with an infant declined treatment while a male juvenile was transported by ambulance from the scene. The driver of the big rig and truck appeared uninjured.

All westbound lanes of Edinger and southbound lanes of Harbor were closed while authorities investigated the circumstances surrounding the collision.
