Brea: Convenience Store Clerk Killed In Apparent Robbery

07.11.2022 | 9:25 AM | BREA – A convenience store clerk was shot to death in an apparent robbery early Monday morning, police announced.

The male clerk was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a 7-Eleven convenience store located in the 100 block of West Lambert Road, near North Brea Boulevard, around 4:18 AM.

Medics attempted to render aid to the clerk but ultimately pronounced him deceased at the scene.

Police believe the deadly shooting occurred during a robbery and released a photo of the suspected shooter.

Another robbery in La Habra may be related, police added, but no additional details were immediately released regarding that incident.

The deceased clerk was not publicly identified at time of press.
