06.14.2025 | 6:13 PM | ANAHEIM – A man in his 50s was shot to death at a motel and the suspect believed responsible was in police custody, Saturday evening.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at the Villa Inn, located in the 700 block of South Beach Boulevard, around 6:13 PM.
When units arrived they found a male in his 50s suffering from a gunshot wound.
Medics rushed the man to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Police say one man believed responsible for the shooting was apprehended and that a firearm was recovered from the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation and no motive was disclosed.
