Anaheim: Police Release Photos Of Vehicles Sought In Fatal Hit & Run Investigation

The first of two photos released by the Anaheim Police Department depicting what is believed to be a gray 2010 Ford Ranger that struck and killed a pedestrian on December 23.

12.24.2021 | 1:30 PM | ANAHEIM – Police released new photos of two vehicles being sought in relation to a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian, Friday afternoon.

The first photo depicts what authorities believe is a silver or gray 2010 Ford Ranger that struck a pedestrian on West La Palma Avenue near North Maple Street and fled around 2:42 AM on Thursday, December 23.

The Ford was the first of two vehicles involved in the fatal crash that left a 36-year-old woman deceased on scene.

The second of two photos released by the Anaheim Police Department depicting what is believed to be a newer-model, light-colored SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer, that struck and killed a downed pedestrian on December 23.

The second photo shows what is described as a newer-model, light-colored SUV that also struck the pedestrian and fled the scene without stopping. Police say the second vehicle may be a Ford Explorer.
