02.28.2025 | 11:49 PM | ANAHEIM – A pedestrian died after being struck by multiple vehicles on a busy freeway, late Friday night.
Callers reported a pedestrian down in westbound lanes of the SR-91 Freeway just west of Brookhurst Street around 11:49 PM.
When authorities arrived they found a pedestrian down in lanes that had been struck by multiple vehicles.
Medics pronounced the victim deceased on scene while officers stopped traffic on the freeway.
Two cars stopped near the collision though it was unclear if there were any additional vehicles involved that continued on.
All lanes of the westbound SR-91 Freeway were stopped at Brookhurst Street while authorities investigated.
