09.08.2019 | 2:00 AM | ANAHEIM – Freeway debris that became lodged underneath a vehicle caught fire, early Sunday morning.
Authorities responded to reports of a vehicle fire on the westbound SR-91 Freeway just west of Lakeview Avenue around 2:00 AM.
Units arriving on scene located a white Honda sedan with fire showing from the undercarriage and two individuals standing nearby.
Crews quickly doused the flames before they could spread further and extinguished all flames within 10 minutes.
Initial reports indicate the driver of the sedan struck debris on the freeway with became lodged underneath his vehicle causing it to catch fire.
No injuries were reported.
