Anaheim: Crash Into Pole Traps Passenger

03.30.2024 | 12:34 AM | ANAHEIM – Two men were injured, including one who became trapped, following a crash on slick roads, early Saturday morning.

The traffic collision involving a silver Nissan Altima occured at the intersection of South Haster Street and East Orangewood Avenue around 12:34 AM.

When authorities arrived they found the Altima near a traffic signal pole with major front end damage.

The driver of the Altima was treated on scene before being rushed to a nearby hospital though their passenger was trapped in the wreckage.

Firefighters worked for about 30 minutes to free the trapped passenger who was also treated on scene before being rushed to a hospital.

The circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation though roads were slick and rain was present around the time of the crash.
