05.08.2022 | 9:00 PM | ANAHEIM – The body of a 39-year-old man was recovered from a water basin prompting detectives to respond, Sunday evening.
The body of Starwalking-Joseph Wayne Lignowski, 39, of Orange, was spotted in the water basin located near the intersection of Placentia and Orangethorpe avenues around 5:36 PM.
When authorities arrived they located a the Lignowski’s body near the shoreline and began efforts to extricate it.
Detectives are investigated the circumstances surrounding the discovery, including whether incident is related to a homicide or other incident.
A cause of death has yet to be determined pending an autopsy.
